» How Does It Work?
Callers make calls from any phone, you may continue using your existing number or one that we assign to you, all incoming calls will be routed over from the Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) to KosmosVox hosted PBX system. The hosted system answers the calls with a recorded greeting, providing connection options to the callers, and routes the call to appropriate employee extension, voicemail, or to a holding queue (ACD feature) for a department such as sales or support.
