This Agreement (the "Agreement") is by and between KosmosVOX Communication LLP ("KosmosVox") with it's main office at One Fullerton Road #02-01, Singapore 049213, and Customer as specified on its account, and incorporated herein by reference and collectively referred to as the ("parties").

These terms of use (Terms of Use) constitute a binding agreement between KosmosVox and parties governing parties use of the Service. By using the Service, parties agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions of the Terms of Use, regardless of whether parties use the Service to post any of parties own materials or to view materials posted by other people.

KosmosVox reserves the right to modify the Terms of Use at any time. Parties continued use of the Service after KosmosVox modifies the Terms of Use will mean parties agree to the Terms of Use as modified. If parties do not agree to any modification, parties should stop using the Service immediately. Parties should return to this page on a regular basis to view any modification to the Terms of Use.

KosmosVox respects the privacy of visitors to our site. The information we collect from our visitors is stored in databases we control. Physical access to the servers on which we store visitor information is restricted. We use your credit card information only to bill you for the products and services you order from us. Parties expressly understand and agree that KosmosVox shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if KosmosVox has been advised of the possibility of such damages). Resulting from:

• The use or the inability to use the Service;
• The cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data, information or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through or from the Service;
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of parties transmissions or data;
• Statements or conduct of any third party on the Service;
• Or any other matter relating to the Service.

+Singapore Goverment Restricted Rights

The materials on the Service are provided with Restricted Rights. Use, duplication, or disclosure by the Singapore Government is subject to restrictions as set forth in applicable laws and regulations. Use of the materials by the Singapore Government constitutes acknowledgment of KosmosVox proprietary rights in them.

The laws of Singapore will govern the Term of Use, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws.
